Venue managed by City of Joensuu's sports services (field and part of the interior) and the Joensuu Baseball Support Foundation (buildings and interiors).

The planning of the event must take into account the baseball match schedule.

The use of the area must always be agreed with both the City of Joensuu's sports services and the Joensuu Baseball Foundation.

The field area must be protected in certain situations (heavy load on the field, e.g. platform). The need for protection is agreed on an event-by-event basis.
