Funded by the European Social Fund, Luotsi is an employment promoting enterprise of the city of Joensuu, part of the customer-led and diversified service ensemble. Luotsi is a low-threshold meeting place for the individual needs of Joensuu’s job seekers and employers.

Located at Plaza Centrum’s street level, the service counter provides Joensuu citizens with free guidance and counseling on employment-related matters. Open for everyone, the versatile events invite you to network and take a look at industries, work opportunities, entrepreneurship, and education paths. Luotsi’s job agents will give the customer personal training, and we always try to arrange the free and voluntary services for each customer’s needs.
