Bussilla pääsee campaign will now be held for the eleventh time in Joensuu as part of the European Mobility Week. The Mobility week always ends on September 22 with Car Day off.

Even this year, on Friday 22 September, all Waltti shifts are free of charge in Joensuu, Kontiolahti and Liperi area, as well as the connection intervals Lieksa-Joensuu, Ilomantsi-Joensuu, Kite-centre-Tohmajärvi-joensuu, Outokumpu-Joensuu and Polvijärvi-Joensuu. So there is no need to buy single tickets from buses, mobile apps and self-service vending machines.

However, school children's travel cards and other season tickets are normally stamped on the bus using either a card reader device or a vehicle device.

The event was decided by the Joensuu Regional Public Transport Division on 7 April 2022. For traffic outside the JOJO area, the campaign has been agreed with the ELY Centre of Northern Savonia.
