The Summer School is intended especially for post graduate students in specializing in educational technology. Some 30 students will be selected to work in the summer school with tutors of international reputation.

The participation fee of Summer School covers for the accommodation and meals at the Mekrijärvi Research Station, the lectures and tutorial sessions and the social programme.

Description about the studies

Every applicant must deliver a freeform description (max. 3 pages) about

• subject of the Ph.D studies
• current situation at the research
• goals of the research
• Your expectations concerning the summer school
• publications
• other things that might be relevant

Please provide description in RTF or ASCII-format.

Participants will be primarily selected in the order of preliminary enrollment. However, the organizing committee may reject some of the applicants, if their subject of studies is not suitable to the theme of the summer school. In some cases, the organizing committee may also ask preferences from the supervisor of the studies. The amount of students selected to the summer school is about 30.

We will contact the applicants latest 20th of June to confirm the acceptance to the summer school.
