Joensuun Kodit - rental apartments
Joensuun Kodit Oy (Joensuu Homes) is a real estate company fully owned by the City of Joensuu. Its task is to satisfy the demand for moderately priced, high-level rental apartments which suit the life situations of its clients.
The company owns 4600 rental apartments in different sections of the municipality, including Eno, Uimaharju, Tuupovaara, Hammaslahti and Reijola as well as rural villages.
Applications are taken continuously, and may be sent electronically, by mail or by submitting them directly to customer service.

Apartment Rental through the Housing Office
The City Housing Office rents apartments only for special groups, mainly the elderly and the disabled. The office is located at Merimiehenkatu 30, 80100 Joensuu. Additional information is available from the customer service asuntotoimisto@joensuu.fi.
