« Back
The Joensuu-Jukola orienteering event will take place in Eno on 17.–18.6., organised by Kalevan Rasti. This event, held when the Finnish summer is at its most stunning, brings together professionals and amateurs from more than 25 countries. The Jukola atmosphere has been described as unique, and the event is always an unforgettable experience for first-time visitors and frequent guests alike. The Venla and Jukola Relays in Eno, which form part of the Finland 100 celebrations, will be broadcast live by Yle.

Come along and participate in Joensuu-Jukola as a competitor, volunteer worker or spectator. Register as a volunteer by the end of May. If hunting for check points in the forest sounds too exciting, you can steer directly to the gourmet points! At the Jukola arena, not just traditional sausage-and-potato dishes but also trendy pulled pork, pulled soy and pulled barley are prepared on giant barbecues. The event arena is on firm ground, and distances are shorter than in the previous years.

For the benefit of spectators, there will be a bus service between Joensuu city centre and the event arena. Buses will run between Joensuu and Eno from Friday to Sunday.
