Country reports can be downloaded here.
The Action is carried out in four phases:
- analysis of the state-of-the-art
- problem area definition
- recommendations and suggestions for practical solutions on
how the problem areas can be solved
- reporting
The results of three first phases are presented as country reports.

Country reports of the phase 1

Guidelines for the phase 1
The final version of the guidelines for the phase one of the
Action is available here

2, PDF file). It has been compiled taken into account the
changes suggested in the Management Committee in Copenhagen.
In writing the country report, please follow the instructions
to the authors of the the country reports and use the template
for the country reports. That will make the work of the technical
editor much easier!
If you have any questions on the scientific content of the country
report, please contact your Working
group leader and copy your message to the Management
Committee member of your own country. Please return the draft
report to the Management Committee member of your own country.
The MC member will then send the full draft country report to
the chairperson.
