Instructions concerning registration and payments
Registration fee covers the conference material including
abstracts of lectures and posters, light supper at the informal
gathering on June 12, coffee, tea and refreshments during the
conference, and the subcription of the journal "Computational
Methods and Function Theory" for the year 2006.
Regular registration: The registration fee 170 €
(25 € for accompanying persons, and 10 € for
children under 16 years of age) is to be paid by April 30,
2005, either by credit card or by bank transfer. In exceptional
cases, you may agree with the local organizers to pay the regular
fee in cash on the conference site. All payments must arrive free
of charge for the recipient.
Late registration after April 30, 2005, or on the conference
site is possible as well. However, in these cases, the conference
fee is 220 € (30 € for accompanying persons,
and 15 € for children under 16 years of age).
Payment by credit card: Paying your conference fee and other
possible conference payments by credit card along with the registration
form will be made by encrypted data transfer.

Cancellation policy: Those participants who cancel their
participation by May 15, 2005, will receive 80% refund of their
conference fee and other possible conference payments, minus possible
banking charges. No refund for later cancellations.
Confirmation: Your registration will be confirmed by email.
Changes/cancellation: Please send your possible changes
to registration by email to cmft@joensuu.fi. By mentioning "CMFT
changes" in subject-field, you confirm the handling of your
email. All changes and cancellations will be confirmed by email.
Guarantee for the housing: You may guarantee the first night
in your selected hotel by credit card, see the registration form.
Support for participants: Organizers reserve limited funds
to support participants from developing countries. Applying such
a support may be made by the registration form. However, you have
to send the necessary supporting documents, including but not restricted
to your complete travel budget, letters of reference, etc. to the
chair of the local organizing committee. You will be notified of
the support granted by April 15, 2005.
